Concept Development
The process begins with an initial consultation with the client to understand their requirements, preferences and goals for their space. During this phase we will gather information about the space itself, including measurements and any architectural considerations.
Approval & Development
Once the initial concept is presented, the client will provide feedback as well as suggest any other adjustments they require before we start rendering the 3D model and choose materials.
Design & Material Selection
Once the concept has been approved, we will start to develop detailed plans, including specific furniture selection, materials, finishes and 3D renders of the spaces. Going more into detail with storage solutions and ergonomic considerations.
Refinement & Finalisation
The designs are refined based on the client’s feedback and finalised to include all necessary specifications for constructions / manufacturing.
Procurement
Once the design is finalised and we get sign off from the client, we will put together a drawing pack for all suppliers and contractors to follow during the manufacturing and construction process.
Installation & Handover
The final product that has been selected and manufactured will be delivered to the site and installed accordingly by our suppliers with our supervision and management.
